打坐的姿势很多， 躺着、坐在椅子上、盘腿都可以，盘腿分为双盘、单盘、散盘、缅甸坐等等。打坐的姿势刚开始是从外形上模仿，随着打坐中心力的不断提高，身体姿势会自动自然的进行调整，调整到舒服没敢的坐姿，标准的坐姿不是模仿出来的

怎样练习打坐？

双盘练习方法：先以半小时为度，继而四十分钟，乃至一小时，或更长时间。在坐时，还应本着左右同进的原则。最好在每次练习中先左而后右，或先右而后左，因人习俗而行。

盘腿，是练习静坐的最基本的功夫。盘腿质量的好与坏，直接影响静坐入静程度的深浅，这对于一个初学者来说是一个非常重要的练习。而单盘是双盘的过渡。
